Where the need is identified, our Connectors work with the families of young people looking for work in a holistic whanau-centred approach.

Wrap-around

We can help you connect to a network of service providers for additional support, creating wrap-around solutions to help you strengthen your confidence and resilience and help deliver your individual success.

Our Connectors will talk to you about your aspirations, where you see yourself and what you would like to do. The Connectors will match you with businesses who are looking for your skills and interests and help find the relevant courses to get you started.

Build Potential

WORkit can help you into education, training or work-based-learning to gain the skills to find a job.

Flexibility

Our Connectors will work with you to identify your needs. WORKit has the flexibility to provide resourcing, the right work-kit, towards your employment, such as overalls or a suit, tools, transportation or data. Our Connectors can help with job interview skills, confidence building, grooming advice and if necessary, specialist support with mental health and addictions or access to safe, secure accommodation.

We can also help anyone outside the 18 to 24 age group into work.
